Miami International Airport Shuttle Policy

Pick ups are available from 7am to 10pm and be scheduled by calling the hotel
- Drop off available from 7am to 11 am and should be scheduled with the front desk.
- Shuttle is only available for guest pick up and drop off, and is only available from Miami International Airport (MIA)
- Shuttle is available for passenger pick up only. It is not available for car rental return or baggage pick up.
Port of Miami Shuttle Policy
- Drop off, the only service we are allowed to offer, must be scheduled with the front desk.
- The shuttle is only available to guest booking the Cruise Port Package.
- Cruise Port Package includes Airport Shuttle from Miami International Airport on day of check-in and Cruiseport Shuttle on day of check out, room upgrade(if available), a complimentary drink at Shuckers for each guest in room (up to 4)
- Shuttle is available for passenger pick up only. It is not available for car rental return or baggage pick up.
